I am building a Real Estate portfolio consisting primarily of Multi-Family properties using a variety of methods for acquisition. I have experience owning properties in multiple states and also with multiple partners. I also currently work full time in the Aerospace Engineering field.
I am a full-time RN working in a Trauma and Surgical ICU all while learning to invest in real estate. A good friend and I are working on BRRRR deals near where I live with the goal of replacing our W-2 income with RE income.
I've been actively educating myself on all things real estate investing over the last two years, and have worked for an investor managing his rental portfolio and helping run his rehab projects of the past year. I'm actively looking to do my own first deal and get my hands in the game!
