I'm a Realtor in the Orlando, Florida. I'm looking to start investing in Real Estate for myself. I'm currently under contract for my first property which I plan to live in for 1-2 years while I work on it and then keep the home as my first rental. The home is an older home and the current owner has already done some work on it in the kitchen...
