Hello. My wife and I are wholesale investors in Lancaster Pa. We have been wholesaling for about a year now and are looking to increase our knowledge about wholesaling and eventually get into fixing and flipping or a buy and hold property.
I am a licensed Illinois home inspector. I have successfully bought and flipped a few houses in the area. The properties I have done have all been secondary to my "day job", but have all been profitable. I am wanting to make flipping houses my day job. I do 100% of the rehab - and I do it well.
