I'm in it for the long term. Buy and hold. I read Brandon's book and got interested in buying.
Got into Real Estate just after finishing college in 2020. I began by flipping and learning the ins and out of buying, rehabbing, and selling. I’ve already done flips and now looking to invest in Multi Family rentals.
Experience: Flipping/Rehabbing SFH. So far have completed 5 flips.
Goals: I would like to continue flipping...
