Beginning to invest in real estate.
Purchase distressed real estate properties in the South Texas area. Repair and remodel properties via in-house and contractual construction companies. Resale or lease remodeled properties. Have completed one house year to date, and currently set to close on three more June 1st.
Looking for encore career. Very little experience other than buying our own homes. I'm a desent handyman when it comes to working on my own homes. Im willing to take a look at this. Not interested in "get rich quick" schemes.
