My wife and I are newbies, but determined! We can see this being the right vehicle for us to comfortably retire and pass on to our children and grandchildren!

Newbie, 48, married, 2 small kids. Never bought a house. See all my friends owning multiple units and doing very well. Time to get serious with the plan, and learn from people as much as I can.
