I was a landlord for about 10 years in the 80's, and then in 2006 my son and I partnered on a project. We currently have 14 units with another under contract. We also own a small construction company and a lumber yard. We have positioned ourselves for growth beginning in 2017.

I am an Architectal designer near Philadelphia studying for my license. My wife and I moved to the area in July 2019 and made our first REI purchase in July 2021. We bough a quadplex that we are currently using to househack. Looking forward to making the next purchase and building our portfolio!
