I was always curious about Real Estate investment.
I have no experience in real estate. Im motivated to learn and do whatever I can to create a passive/residual income in any way possible. Im currently getting my debt in control, so I get my credit rating up and be able to get a large loan from the bank to make my first real estate buy.
I am looking to starting my own real estate investment business. Have worked in the construction business for 8 years and have seen the wealth an everyday person can create from nothing. I want that too!
I am 43 year old male living in VA currently in transportation bussiness and also invested in a small multifamily property and looking to invest in commercial property or similar bussiness sectors and interested in learning about these type investments.
Taking a new path with R/E and looking forward to learning about investing with OPM in multi-family units and locating property that can be repurposed.
