New to the area and looking to invest in Northern MS or Memphis areas to supplement retirement down the road. Looking for long term SFH rentals or small multi-family. Have some limited experience in rentals, but always looking for more knowledge, more properties, and more connections.

I was born and raised in Nor Cal. and lived in D.C. for 13 years where I met my wife at Howard University. I've been married for 15 years, have two boys, ages 13 and 14 and our whole family is into real estate.
