I am committed to going the MF, passive income, route. I have decent equity in my home, great credit, and am educating myself on the various options available to me. That is what brought me to BP. I previously was a realtor and am presently preparing to take the exam again, although I do not plan to make that my career.
I am 27 years old. I live in West Michigan. I work as a Manufacturing Engineer and am looking to start investing in single-family/ multi-family units for some passive income. I am eager to learn, and want to go slow with this so that I don't make big mistakes that cost me the business.
