New investor, I've only recently moved to the greater Albany NY are from the Pacific Northwest. I am disabled, which makes traditional 9-5 M-F impossible for me, but I believe its very important to keep my mind active. While I physically can't rehab houses I do have the practical knowledge for construction and rehab work.
