I have been a stay-at-home mom for 14 years. My youngest is now in school all day and I'm finding I have more time on my hands. We own one rental in Folsom but I'm looking to invest in more residential real estate locally and out of state. I would love to network and meet other investors.

I currently own two properties. One I am renting out. The second one I am living in, with the hopes of getting financing to rehab, and use as an Airbnb within the next six months.
