I have always been interested in real estate. About 5 years ago, I semiretired and am now jumping into rental properties.
I have been an active real estate agent/broker on the central coast of CA for about 15 years. I represent buyers and sellers of residential and multi-family/mobile home parks. I am always looking for good flip properties for myself and properties that can work for the BRRR method an equate to a 7 cap or higher.
I've been working in commercial real estate finance for 7 years, and over that time, have developed a passion for real estate investing. Since 2021 I've required several SFRs in the Southeast US, and plan to expand the portfolio and business into the Mountain West and Midwest.

We are landlords with two good rental properties (total of 7 units). We would like to learn how to attract private lenders to start our own BRRR path to success. We will most likely be looking towards portfolio financing a few years down the road also.
