I have dealt with buying homes to renovate for selling/renting. I am looking to invest and multi-units along with single family homes as well.

I am 51 years old, I have no experience in real estate, with the exception of selling my first bought home New York, to relocate to Florida, whereas I purchased the home I currently reside at.
I am seriously would like to rent my current home as a overall experience only, and decide based on that same experience, if future investments...
