I'm new to the DC Metro area having moved from Philly a year ago.
In Philly I attended Temple University and opened a restaurant that i later sold due to the high stress and excessively long hours of the food industry.
I'm trying to improve my life as a person I'm basically at a hard time in my life and I'm try to better myself and better my community I'm a 48 years old black man who has work hard all my life but but its not getting me no where I think this will help I need it
I have been in real estate since 1986 in various capacities. Starting with residential real estate then a few years in commercial/investment real estate. In the early 90's I formed a hard money lender with family members. In the mid 90's we built upward of 30 - $1M+ custom homes. We were hit hard when the market crashed.
I am new to the REI world, learning all I can to see where I can fit into the REI world.
