I live in Southern IL and I am interested in getting started in real estate. I am very interested in BRRR and seller financing. I am fairly new to the bigger pockets forums but have listened to the majority of the bigger pockets real estate podcasts and read many of the bigger pockets books.
I work full time and am just thinking about getting into investing to rent for the future. I am happily married with two kids and two big dogs. My life stays busy. We love the outdoors and traveling.
Im 27. I'm here to learn the ins and the outs of real estate. I am interested in starting out wholesaling. I look forward to meeting new people and learning a lot from each of you!
