I been attending so many different places on how to be a real estate investor but seem to be getting stuck in one area of taking the big jump that would put me in the level of my first flip.
Just getting started...buying my first rental home soon and hoping to grow it into a successful business.
We have fully rehabbed 5 properties (1 commercial and 4 residential) and currently have 2 fully remodeled homes for sale / on the market. We are seeking to increase our knowledge of the industry, find some opportunities and make friends.
