We have had rental properties for 10+ years. We moved away from it for a while due to job commitments and starting a family, but are delving back into it again.

I have been in the restaurant business for the past 14 yrs. I am a chef and I have my bachelors in food & beverage management.
I am an avid outdoorsman and enjoy hiking, camping, mountain biking, disc golf, etc...duh I live in Colorado. I like to work hard and play harder.
