Hi, I'm a full time student at UCF in Orlando Florida. Dislike the idea of simply getting a job and trading my hours for income and working 9-5 till I'm 65. That's what brought me out to this site and the podcasts, trying to learn a business that can give me financial freedom.

Started house hacking in June 2019. Bought my first rental with a partner in September 2020. Just getting started and already hooked.
I am incredibly interested in learning more and implementing different strategies for real estate investing. My husband and I would like to flip houses and I would like to wholesale as well. We are looking to find others who are already doing these things and learn from them.
