New to real estate want to learn as much knowledge as possible before going on deeper into these uncharted books in my life.
I'm new to the investment side of things, and I am in on my first deal now using a hard money lender along with capital I already have. I just want to know the ropes of making good deals and understanding all of the lingo in the paperwork from the lender, title companies, even down to my agent.
I've had my license now for 4 years and have enjoyed going to work every day during that time. I work for a property management company in a fast growing college town. I'm looking to start my own portfolio in rental properties soon.
Corporate real estate manager for a Fortune 200 company. Part time investor for my personal portfolio.
