I am licensed real estate agent in both North and South Carolina. I began my career back in the late nineties as a loan processor for a mortgage company. I have always had a fascination with property - the layout, the comparisons, the location - my favorite part of the loan process was receiving the appraisal to see all the different homes....
Currently have a full time job but looking at real estate investing to gain my financial freedom.

I have had my real estate license since 2012 but would like to get into real estate investing.

2015 - at least 1 investment property - Completed
2016 - at least 2 investment properties...
