I'm a passive cashflow investor who has acquired some rental real estate and notes. I'm also co-founder of In A Day Development, a smartphone/tablet software development company which also provides me with income (some passive, some more active). On top of this, I work a normal W-2 job, though for how much longer is anyone's guess.
