Started out as an accidental Landlord, but feel like this could grow on me. Not so much the managing the tenants, but managing the properties and investments. Looking to increase my investment overtime, and eventually earn enough cash flow to replace my day job.

I have been in Real Estate for 10yrs and I have done a combination of Auction, Development, and your standard real estate buying and selling transactions for clients. I'm originally from Chicago and am new to Florida and need advice on the auction process here and additional strategies.

I am a New York City native and graduate of Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications and current reside in Washington Heights. When not busy working, I participate in four different organized basketball leagues; plus I enjoys shooting pool, playing table tennis and foosball.
