My husband and I are trying to get started investing in RE. Wholesaling definitely interests me as well as rentals. Our GOAL is to buy several single family homes and rent them to 8-10 Seniors (per house) This is a growing need for sure! We have plans to be living somewhere in the BVI in the next 4 years!
