At the end of 2020 I quit my full time job at Boeing to invest in real estate full time. During my 5 years at Boeing, my wife and I acquired 32 rental units in Washington State. The plan for 2021 is to acquire 50-75 more units out of state. We focus on value add multifamily properties where we can add value and refinance within 1-2 years....
