I have been a real estate investor for nearly three years. My emphasis is on wholesaling, lease option wholesaling/assignments, and buying with owner finance to sell via lease option (sandwich leases are illegal in Texas).

I am a 35-year Navy veteran and currently work as an IT manager for the Army at Ft. Sam Houston in San Antonio.
