We currently own 6 multi-family homes in the Seattle/Snohomish area along with 3 SFH in the Memphis, TN area. We would like to double that in the next year. Our niche is small multi-family, 2 to 4 units that we can reposition.
Im a newbie in real estate , and looking to learn from the bigger pockets community. I love everything real estate and currently i'm interested in growing my portfolio by buying out of state rentals .
