I am just getting into the real estate investing game and have big interest in building a rental property portfolio using the BRRRR strategy. I am also interested in wholesaling and am currently working strategies for finding off market deals.

30 year old Toronto entry level investor. Currently own two condos (primary res-2010 and an investment-2013 generating revenue per month) and am looking at my first multi-family unit to expand my real estate portfolio.
