I'm Ryan, 24 and bored of working my ass off 60 hours a week for 50k a year. Graduated college two years ago with a business management degree at Shippensburg University. I'm a car fanatic and love the outdoors. I'm excited to see what I can learn here :)

I have done buy & hold, fix & flip, and am starting to venture into multifamily. Always on the lookout for a great single family to purchase. Will consider partnering with someone if the deal is right. Also looking for additional funding sources.
