I Have been an agent in Riverside since 1985 ... my graying hair proves it !!!
Have been successful in both up and down markets .. 150-175 sales a year between 1990-2006. Transitioned back into REO mode in 2007 . . closed 297 transactions in 2008, 763 transactions in 2009 and are on track to go over 1200 in 2010.
