Hello, I am a totally newbie when it comes to real estate. I am determined to fulfill my goals. I want to own apartment buildings and I want to flip houses on the side, I am creative and I want to change run down houses in order to make people fall in love with them again. I have no construction knowledge but I am excited to learn that also....
