My wife and I are in the start up stage of becoming rental property investors. It is very exciting and absolutely terrifying at the same time, but with the guidance of biggerpockets.com, I am sure we can conquer our fears and achieve the goals that we are planning.

I taught English, Web Design, Programming, and Networking at the High School level for 32 years. I retired from teaching in 2017 and started a company called New Leaf Property Investors, LLC with my son-in-law, a licensed electrician, and I am interested in note investing during my second career.
