22 years old. Currently enrolled at Olive Harvey College and debating if I should dual major in business management and IT. 2-3 years of dead end job experience. I enjoy working but I don't like the idea of the traditional 9-5 position.
I've been interested in investing in real estate for quite some time, just never seemed to have the opportunity. Now I feel that I have to make the opportunity (I'm not getting any younger). My main goal is to build a retirement fund but, paying off some debt (student loans in particular) along the way would be nice.
