I am a mother of 3 and grandmother of 2. I love my farm and animals but need some interaction with people. Speaking "goat" is getting old I think! Looking for my niche' and thinking I wanna try real estate and then learn to "flip" homes and properties!

I am just beginning to dive into the realm of real estate. My goals are to eventually have a few rental properties as well as to be able to successfully flip homes. Currently I am trying to do all the research I can. Any info or advice is always welcome!
