I am a database consultant specializing in databases. I recently sold my long rental house, and own a vacation rental condo in Florida.
My wife and I have started working towards real estate investing including wholesaling, buy and hold and real estate notes.

I am a credit analyst in Michigan and I underwrite commercial deals (both real estate and C&I). I'm looking to buy my first home (and house-hack) in the Toledo, OH area and increase my portfolio of rentals from there. Right now i'm learning tons, still have a long way to go, and can't wait to help contribute to the BP community!
