I'm living and working in NYC but looking to get started in real estate investing elsewhere. My main target is BRRRR around the Jacksonville area at the moment. I'm prepping to purchase my first property and then go from there!

Who: Just an old looking guy in early 40’s with Banking background …
Why: Need more off time to have fun time with my two boys (7 and 11 yr olds)
Background: Experience in SF Apartment and SF homes, have over 10 years of RE experience buying and selling
