I moved to California 8 years ago from the UK. My wife and started investing in single family homes about 3 years ago. We are looking to expand our portfolio to other states and possibly in California in untapped markets.

I am a small investor who has been involved over a decade. i have a couple of properties that are income producing. I am short of funds right now because of some projects that were too complicated and too costly for me.
