New to real estate - looking to learn
I currently have 4 rental properties, wants to increase my real estate portfolio. Have some construction experience and network with subcontractors on a daily basis. Hoping to do my first flip very soon and get my feet wet.
I'm an investor currently interested in learn more about real estate.
I have been a single mom for 20 years and now that my children are grown I want to build wealth with real estate. I have worked almost my whole life for other people's businesses and major corporations and now it is my turn. I believe in giving back and helping people and real estate seems like a great avenue for this.

We have bought two properties, one singe family and Duplex fix-uppers in 2007/2008. Currently in the process to buy the same within three month.

65 to 85K income per year.
