I'm very interested in entering the commercial arena. Specifically apartment complexes. Would like to find seller financing, preferably 20 - 100 units with a cap rate of 10 or more.
I'd also like to find someone that knows how to get government funding so I can broaden my horizons and help more people.
I'm a new investor heading up a small invenstment group. I'm also a
general contractor.
