I split my time between Brooklyn and upstate NY. My investment focus is in upstate NY where I own 14 units. My main focus is small to medium size multifamily fixer uppers. Looking forward to growing my real estate to portfolio and retiring early!!
I've been in business for myself since age 19. In 2006 I opened a detailed shop using the funds from providing black car and limo services in NYC. 2008 came, black car business was no longer profitable, I stepped away and added an auto collision department to my car detailing business. These days I invest in real estate full time.

I grew up in South Jersey and bought my first 2-family house with my wife in 2018. We plan on buying more investment properties in the future, but right now I am focusing on my career as a loan officer. I am interested in potentially flipping houses.
