Contractor and rental investor!
I'm a new real estate investor. Bought a course on seller financing a couple months ago but got cold feet and decided to try my luck at wholesaling. Quickly realized that was a lot harder than I was lead to believe. I'm back to seller financing and I am determined to make it work.
For the past 17 years I have worked in software sales. I have done well, but have always felt trapped in the day-to-day runaround of selling. About 13 years ago I purchased my first rental property and continue to add 1-4 a year as I try to build a portfolio large enough to replace my income.
