Ii have studied the real estate market since i was sixteen. My own home is paid for and i am now looking to start investing in rehabbing and flipping homes, possibly doing wholesale deals.
Have bought real estate in the past which my first purchase was done with a 203 k loan which I created a lot of equity which was great for my first purchase. I'm now retired and on pension so would like to get back into buying and holding real estate
I'm 23 and I work full time as a letter carrier for the Post office. My goal is to buy a 2 or 3 family home by April of 2017.
