I'm a Newbie to the Investor field... desiring to grow within this particular industry. There is something about this desire to grow financially free and not depend on a 9-5. I'm taking advice, reading, meditating on becoming that guy for my family and community.

We're based in Raleigh, NC, and are interested in investing in LTRs as well as multi-family options. We plan to invest in at least one location within the next two months.
