I've owned single family rentals in the past but an considering getting back into real estate to build cash flow. I live in an area with a lot of multi families do there should be opportunities to get started.
I need to study the financing part as there's no way I can get 25% down any time soon.

Hello I'm interested in getting involved in the real estate business and a co worker told me this site was filled with plenty of info to help me reach my goal..
