Living up in Thornton, CO, and plan on getting my start into the rental business in late 2020/early 2021! Looking to invest locally in the Denver Metro area.
Have owned current home in Thornton since 2018, plan on keeping it as a rental when we move into our new home that we plan to house hack in a separate basement unit.
