I currently have a day job as an engineer, and I'm just starting to get into real estate. I haven't made any deals yet, but I've been reading a lot, educating myself, and building up some capitol.
My goal is to build a portfolio of buy-and-hold rental properties to eventually replace my income.
I'm currently living in the Bay Area and just getting started with wholesaling! I am looking to connect with experienced investors in the Bay Area that can answer some questions I have.
