My role for the past two decades has been a stay at home mom. I am a college graduate, and previous licensed real estate agent in Ohio. I desire to maintain my flexibility while earning income. I have purchased a few properties years ago and flipped them. Now I am interested in creating an income stream using real estate.

I was a real estate agent for a short period in the 90's until I opened a mortgage broker office with a partner. I also assured in buying and flipping houses with a friend. I have a deal( time is of the essence) where the profitability to an investor would be 50%. I worked with appraisers as well as inspectors also.
