I am a real estate investor in NE Pennsylvania, along with my son and husband. We have also been working as a sub-contract framing company for over 20 years working in PA and NJ. I personally love interior design and find staging the houses we do to be my favorite thing. I also love to travel and have toured Alaska by train, seen Death Valley...
We flip some and we rent some, in a more rural part of our state. I hold state and national certifications for residential energy auditing. Although there's not much call in my area for home energy audits, it's awesome to use my knowledge to provide rentals and flips with heating bills below $75/month in my northern state!
want to learn how to make money in real estate investing, single homes, flipping, government money to buy etc. New to the RE market don't know anything about it but am willing to learn.
I am interested in a home for keeps. I am unhappy living in rentals. I would like to live out my life in a home where i want a yard to plant and for my many grandchildren when they visit. I gave never been involved with real estate.
