I'm Mark Blake from outside New Orleans. I own a municipal utilities construction company. I've owned several homes, but nothing further. I'm interested in small multi-family and potentially similar scale commercial. I've threatened to do a whole lot of real estate investing in the past, only to chicken out for myriad reasons.
