I am an investor out of Tulsa. My wife and I have one rental of our own and five that we hold interests in (mostly half). I work as an attorney and have a broker's license that, so far, I have only used to take referral fees.

I have only purchased a low cost rental house. As a retired high school teacher and a tax preparer for some of my former students, have requested my assistance with first time house purchases. My students are prequalified before purchase. My son and I shall operate the business.
